Napoli, 7 settembre 2017 – Colpo grosso per la quarta edizione di GUSTUS, l’Expo dei Sapori Mediterranei in programma alla Mostra d’Oltremare di Napoli da domenica 19 a martedì 21 novembre 2017. L’appuntamento si arricchisce quest’anno con un importante evento dedicato all’aspetto professionale della ristorazione italiana ed internazionale. Il Salone ideato da Progecta, giunto alla quarta edizione, ospiterà infatti il 29° Congresso Nazionale della Federazione Italiana Cuochi. Organizzato dalla Federazione italiana Cuochi con la collaborazione dell’Unione Regionale Cuochi Campani e insieme a tanti partner di eccellenza, durante le tre giornate di lavori il Congresso vedrà la presenza in fiera di circa un migliaio di cuochi italiani e stranieri e favorirà un ampio dibattito ed importanti momenti di confronto non solo sull’enogastronomia nazionale ed internazionale ma anche sugli aspetti normativi e tecnici della professione di cuoco.
